How often does the menu change?

Our menu changes every week to offer you a new taste and variety so you never get bored of your meals thus keeping you on track longer with a healthy eating regimen. We post the menu of the week every Tuesday! Check our Instagram and Facebook.

What kind of meals do you have?

Our menu rotates every week to make sure you're never eating the same meals. Our in-house chef will write brand new recipes every week using organic, healthy ingredients with tasteful and delicious cooking methods.

Where and when do you deliver?

Our deliveries are scheduled every Sunday. We offer delivery in Houston and suburbs. We currently do not deliver to South Houston.
If you’d like to confirm whether we deliver to your specific address, feel free to email us anytime.

Do I need to be home to receive my meals?

Nope, no need to wait around. Since our meals are perishable, our delivery partners will leave your package at your door - A signature isn't needed.

Our packaging is made to keep your meals nice and cool for 1 hour waiting at your door.

A friendly head's up, it's totally okay if your gel packs arrive partially melted! Your meals should still be cool to the touch.

You can always add special instructions to the second address line (like a gate code). If you have special needs or concerns about your delivery, chat with our Delivery Team at info.magnoliaprep@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Where do I find tracking info?

We'll send you a text with your ETA on the day of delivery (Sunday).
Just a heads-up: the message may arrive as late as 6 PM.

What's my order deadline?

Our weekly order deadline is Wednesday. If you order after that day your meals will be deliver until next week.

What should I know before I order?

5 things to make your experience nothing short of magical ✨

  1. Once you create your subscription, you'll get weekly deliveries unless you cancel.

  2. You will get organic, healthy, and delicious meals created by culinary experts chefs

  3. It's easy to skip. Weekend plans or maybe an exciting vacay? No problem. Simply email info@magnoliapreptx.com with the subject "Skip"

  4. There's a lot of planning that goes into delivering fresh meals so please Cancel a week in advance. We never want to send you less than Magnolia Prep perfection ✨

  5. Your first order is a starting point for future deliveries. We change our menu weekly!

How do I cancel my plan?

If you'd like to cancel completely, simply email info@magnoliapreptx.com with the subject line 'Cancel' and our team will help. Please ensure the subject line of the email includes the word 'Cancel'. Or you can do it if you sign in into your account.

Either way, it's easy to come back and reactivate your plan when you're ready!

**Cancellation Policy**: If your payment was processed before cancellation, you will still receive your final Magnolia Prep delivery.
Refunds are available upon request, with a $5 processing fee. However, we cannot process refunds on Sundays, as meals are already packaged and en route.
The deadline to request a refund is Saturday
